This policy explains what personal data Starnova Leds SRL ("Starnova") collects through starnova.com.ar, what it is used for, and what rights you have over it. By using the site or sending us an enquiry, you accept what is described here.

What we collect

Only what you give us voluntarily:

• Contact form: name, phone number, email address and the message you write.
• Newsletter sign-up: your email address only.

We never ask for or store banking details, identity documents or any category of sensitive data. The site has no user accounts or registration.

What we use it for

Solely to answer your enquiry, prepare the quote you asked for and maintain the resulting commercial exchange. We do not sell, rent or transfer your data to third parties for advertising purposes.

Form messages are delivered by email to our inboxes and kept there for as long as they are needed for commercial follow-up. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Information stored by your browser

The site uses no tracking cookies and no analytics tools. It does store three preferences in your browser's local storage, which never leave your device and cannot identify you:

• Your chosen theme, light or dark.
• Whether background music is on or off, and its playback position.
• Whether you have already seen the intro animation in this session.

You can clear them by deleting the site data in your browser settings.

Third-party services

• Hostinger hosts the site and processes form submissions. Like any web server, it records IP addresses in its technical logs.
• Storyblok delivers catalogue images and videos from its content delivery network.
• Google Maps is embedded in the company section. When it loads, Google may receive your IP address and set its own cookies, subject to its privacy policy.
• WhatsApp (Meta) if you choose to write to us through that channel, under Meta's policies.

If we add audience measurement tools in the future, we will update this policy before enabling them and state what data they collect.

Your rights

Under Argentina's Personal Data Protection Act 25.326, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, update and deletion free of charge by writing to ventas@starnova.com.ar.

The Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública, the authority enforcing Act 25.326, is empowered to handle complaints regarding non-compliance with personal data protection rules.

Security

The site is served entirely over HTTPS. We apply reasonable measures to safeguard the information we receive, although no internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security.

Minors

The site targets a professional, adult audience. We do not knowingly collect data from people under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date in the header indicates the version in force; changes take effect once published on this page.
