These terms govern the use of starnova.com.ar, operated by Starnova Leds SRL, Saraza 2238, Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, Argentina. By browsing the site you accept them.

This is a catalogue, not a shop

Starnova does not sell online. The site presents the product range for information purposes: there is no cart, no checkout and no payment processing, and publishing a product does not constitute a binding offer under article 972 of the Argentine Civil and Commercial Code.

Prices and quotes

Prices are not published. Each enquiry is quoted according to quantity, finish, dimensions and availability. Quotes are valid for the period stated in each case and remain subject to stock confirmation when the order is placed.

Technical information and images

Specifications — dimensions, power draw, colour temperatures, colour rendering indices — are published in good faith and may change due to product improvements or supplier changes. Photographs and renders are illustrative: finishes and light colour may differ from what your screen shows. Before making a purchase decision, confirm the details with our sales team.

Starnova reserves the right to modify products, specifications and availability without prior notice.

Installation

These products are lighting fixtures connected to mains electricity. Installation must be carried out by a licensed electrician, following current regulations and the instructions we supply. Starnova is not liable for damage arising from incorrect installation, misuse or third-party modifications to the product.

Warranty

Our products carry the statutory warranty provided by Argentina's Consumer Protection Act 24.240 where applicable, plus the commercial warranty detailed on the invoice or delivery note for each transaction. The warranty does not cover normal wear, damage from voltage surges, humidity outside the intended operating conditions, or improper handling.

Client access area

The client access area contains commercial material intended for distributors and professionals. Credentials are personal and non-transferable, and downloaded material may not be reproduced or distributed outside that scope without written authorisation.

Intellectual property

The Starnova brand, logos, texts, photographs, videos, product designs and the site's code are the property of Starnova Leds SRL or used under licence. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use without prior written authorisation is not permitted.

Third-party links and content

The site includes links to and embedded content from third parties (maps, social networks, messaging). Starnova does not control those services and is not responsible for their content or policies.

Site availability

We aim to keep the site continuously available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend it temporarily for maintenance or technical reasons.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the ordinary courts of the Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires.
